Gosh its been SO long since I have time update my site. It seems as though there just isn't
enough time each day to complete everything. I know not a good enough excuse. I have however managed to update the tear
sheets section and also added a new section to my portfolio - Michael Palmer. He is an amazing photographer, please
check some of the photographs from a shoot that we did together in Las Vegas!!!
I am starting to get back
in the swing of things and have a few shoots set in the next couple of weeks. The sun is coming back out again and it
seems the great weather always gets eager photographers out and about with their cameras. Stay tuned!

Hello everybody!! I hope each of you had a wonderful christmas holiday with your family and friends.
Im sorry I havent replied to any of your emails or had a chance to update my site. Life has been pretty hectic lately.
Im sure some of you can relate. A bit of new news for you.
Im in this months edition of Maximum Fitness
on newstands now as the Max Fit Girl - pg 119. Be sure to pick it up. The magazine is amazing and offers great fitness
advice.
I have been offered the amzazing opportunity judge the Miss Canada Teen Global 2008
competition tomorrow evening. I am so excited to take part in this wonderful event. I can't wait to see
all the beautiful girls. I wish all of you luck!!
Olympia in Las Vegas was amazing!! I had such a
wonderful time and met so many people in the fitness industry. Nutrabolics was great to me and the staff are all extremely
nice. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to go back next year. I will be heading to the Arnold Classic
on February 28th - March 2nd in Ohio again with Nutrabolics. I can't wait to go! I will be sure to let you know
how that goes.
The Insiders TV series I shot should be up and running any day now. I will keep you
updated as to when it will be airing.

Where do I begin. As usual the past 2 months have been hectic. I have been busy, busy.
I am offically the spokesperson for Insiders TV - Molson. We shot a 5 episode series and it was a blast. I have
uploaded the behind the scenes pics that you all can view. In addition we did a big photoshoot that will be in posters
all over so be sure to keep an eye out for them!!
I had the pleasure of shooting with one of Torontos best photographers!!
He was honestly one of the nicest, sincere people I have ever met. I have never felt as comfortable shooting with a
photographer and Im sure it shows in the pictures. The end result was fantastic. He is the talented photographer
who shot my current main image on my website. Red Hot!!!
In addition I shot a Autobodies Calendar that will
be coming out for 2009. I know its a time away but be sure to keep checking back to see when and where you can buy it
im telling you the ladies are hot, hot, hot you dont want to miss out!
The shoot with Pablo Clothing company
went very well , the clothes fit like a glove, the desinger is amazing with a great line of clothing to buy. I've
added a few of the photographs from the shoot in my "Tear Sheets" section.
I have had many print ads
in multiple magazines such as American Curves , Mens Fitness, Maximum Fitness to name a few. I also managed to land
another cover of True Romance magazine!!
This month has been especially busy for me and only to get busier,
I will be heading down to Las Vegas to attend the Olympia and promote a supplement company called Nutrabolics. For all
of you who do not know what the Olympia is well it is one of the largest body building competitions. To learn more check
out this site www.mrolympia.com. The hottest fitness models
will be there. Im really looking forward to going and to meeting some great people/contacts and just overall having
a great time. Which im sure it will be. Im planning on taking tonnnes of pictures to post when i return. I also will
be doing a shoot with one of the best photographers in the world, Michael Palmer. We have been trying to set up a shoot
for a long time and now its finally happening. I dont doubt the pictures are going to be amazing!! Please check out

Well i'm finally back. I took a bit of a
hiatus the past while. I went back to visit my family in BC for 6 weeks, it was absolutely wonderful!!! Now its back to the
grind!! I have updated my tear sheet section as well as lingerie. Be sure to check back to swimsuit section as
i'm just waiting for some pictures back. On monday June 23rd I had a big photo shoot with Pablo Clothing.
I had so much fun!! Not only are the designers wonderful the clothes are fantastic!!! Be sure to check it out at their

in the next couple weeks and hopefully be able to post those pics ASAP. My new website is still be worked on although
I anticipate it should be up and running soon!!!! Again thank you for all your supportive e-mails and inquiries.

Hi everyone!! Well it has been awhile since ive had the opportunity to update my site. I
have received many emails and wanted to apologize. I have been very busy and in addition we are in the process of building
a new and better website which I am very excited about!! So please be patient. So just to fill you in on a few things.....I
did an artistic shoot with a great photographer named Brian Hart who is putting on an Art Exhibition. These photos we
shot are quite different then what I normally get hired to do, which is swimsuit lingerie, so it was a nice change.
Be sure to check back for those additions in my portfolio section. I have also been contacted as a round

sometimes it takes time to recieve them as they are very busy as well. Many different projects on the go at the moment

I had an absolute wonderful day. I had the opportunity to shoot a tv
promo for Much Music. Lets just say that I brought the 80's back!! The final product should be all put together
very soon and airing within the next month. Will be sure to let you know when.

I did a photoshoot today for a calendar that will be coming out early fall. I can't give too many details
about it but all I have to say is standing outside in a bikini in the snow was COLD!! (and they say modelling is easy ) but
it was well worth it, I know the pictures are going to be fantastic and the crew was great!! We all had a great day and
alot of laughs. Be sure to check back as to when and where you can buy it.

I hope everyone had a great holiday season. Now its back to the grind. I've managed to actually sit

Had a long shoot today but the pictures are going to be amazing!! Havent
had a chance to update my portfolio , add the Miss Hawaiian Tropic 2006 pictures of all the lovely ladies or the
Swimsuit Edition behind the scenes pictures that we shot in the Mayan Riviera this past May but please be patient
they are worth the wait.
